Paragliding courses: Beginners

Paragliding school since 1994

Paragliding courses: Beginners

You will start on suitable terrain to acquire all the necessary practical and theoretical basic techniques:

  • familiarization with the material;
  • take-off techniques;
  • inflation;
  • gaining speed with running towards the slope;
  • sail control;
  • landing techniques.

Then, you will make a first small flight.

In addition to field training, there are essential and regular theoretical courses in order to acquire all the knowledge necessary for good paragliding practice.

We provide you with recent and adapted equipment to familiarize you, at your own pace, with mountain flying techniques.

After having acquired the basics of paragliding, the course continues on the school slope. Then, you will carry out your first major flights, always supervised by two state-certified instructors.

Practical advice:

For each aerial activity proposed, it is strongly recommended to wear closed shoes such as sneakers or hiking shoes, as well as a jacket adapted to the conditions of the day (fleece, windbreaker). Wearing sunglasses is also recommended.
